Santa Clara is a comfortable country house surrounded by large windows and so filled with light, with a beautiful view. Located in VEREDA YERBABUENA KM 22, CHIA, CUNDINAMARCA. It is a little piece of heaven in a magical place, among the green of the trees, the songs of the birds, and the occasional squirrel leaping through the woods.
It has 3 entrances. Two are on the 2nd floor and lead to the two spacious bedrooms with their private bathrooms and to the sitting room, which has access to the garden. The third is on the first floor, where the social area is: the living room, the dining room, and a spacious, modern kitchen with an island, perfect for cooking as a family. Santa Clara has a cat, Lucas, who comes and goes from the house as he pleases. There's also a loving guard dog, a companion and lookout who watches over the cars and the grounds of the property. She doesn't come into the house and isn't aggressive. Wonderful with children!
The best thing about the house is that "the only risk is wanting to stay. Only 10 minutes from downtown Chia, 12 minutes from Clinica Marly, and 15 minutes from the Fontanar shopping center.
