Meet Susy

Susy Prado has been a licensed real estate professional since 2011, serving Southern Florida. Born and raised in Brazil, Susy relocated to Florida, where she has been happy to utilize more of her trilingual skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and experience working for multinational companies in Brazil and Southern Florida, Susy has a deep understanding and profound expertise in the business and culture of finance. This foundation — plus her certifications in investing in commercial properties and as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) — made the transition into investing, prospecting, and buying and selling a natural and exciting progression.

 

Susy has experience in selling new and preexisting homes and commercial properties as well as developing townhouses. In addition to local buyers and sellers, she has served numerous second-home buyers and international investors. She is always open to all queries requesting real estate assistance. To Susy, her drive and motivation as a real estate professional come from the sole act of helping her clients meet their goals. She thrives on connecting with her clients and finding them exactly what they’re looking for, taking pride in keeping them well informed with the least amount of stress.

 

Susy and her two children reside in Fort Lauderdale, where she enjoys ocean-related activities and sports in her free time. She loves music and experiencing new cultures, places, and people.
