With a global professional journey spanning over two decades across real estate, corporate sales, development, and international relations, Nikoloz Suladze brings a uniquely broad and strategic perspective to the South Florida real estate market.

Currently a licensed Realtor® with Momemtum Luxury Real Estate, Nikoloz specializes in delivering personalized service for buyers, sellers, and investors. His current role focuses on in-depth market analysis, high-impact property marketing, effective negotiation, and. seamless transaction management. He leverages his deep knowledge of the real estate lifecycle—from acquisition and development to renovation and resale—ensuring his clients make informed, confident decisions.

Before entering the Florida real estate market, Nikoloz was the Managing Partner at North Pro LLC, overseeing successful fix-and-flip projects in Chicago, Illinois. His strong financial acumen, hands-on project management skills, and market insight led to consistently high returns on investment. He also held executive leadership roles in Georgia (country), including serving as Director of Sales for PepsiCo's local bottler and Managing Partner of Green Space, a single-family residential development project.

Nikoloz’s early career in the State Protocol Office of the President of Georgia and the Ministry of Defense honed his diplomatic, organizational, and communication skills, which continue to serve him in real estate negotiations and client relationship management.
