Meet Johana Ayala

Real Estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe: your “home base” and a place where memories are made; that is the reason why Johana has been passionate about Real Estate and loves helping others find their dream home.  

She’s watched the Miami’s neighborhoods surroundings grow and thrive over the last decade and truly enjoys helping their clients not only find their best home but the perfect neighborhood for their lifestyle. 
Whether a buyer, a seller or an investor, Johana aims to be considered more than a REALTOR®, but a friend. She is confident to keep the process fluid, successful and as low-stress as possible. 

Johana hasn’t always been a real estate agent, in fact, her skills set also includes Marketing, Business Development and Management. After finishing studying at Florida International university, Johana graduated at the top of her class with a B.A in International Business. 

In her free time, you’ll find Johana at the beach and spending time with her son and husband.
