Meet Claudia

Claudia Gonzalez | Real Estate Consultant

Claudia has called South Florida home since immigrating from Colombia in 1985. A proud  mother of twin daughters, Claudia combines her deep roots in the South Florida community  with a genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to helping clients achieve their property ownership goals. As a member of the Momentum Luxury Real Estate team, she brings  a relationship-driven approach, extensive industry knowledge, and a personal understanding of  the real estate journey.

Claudia's real estate career is built on a diverse foundation of education and hands-on  experience. After studying Marketing and Design at Miami-Dade College, she obtained her  Florida Title Agent's License in 2003 and founded and operated Closing Solutions of South  Florida, a Miami-based escrow and title agency, from 2003 to 2013. During that decade, she  provided title and closing services to real estate and mortgage professionals throughout Florida.  She also served clients as a licensed mortgage broker from 2008 to 2010, giving her valuable  insight into the financing side of real estate transactions.

As a licensed REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Claudia is  committed to guiding her clients from the initial conversation through closing and beyond. She  believes every client deserves to be heard, understood, and supported with clear  communication, honest guidance, and diligent attention to detail.

For Claudia, real estate is about more than buying or selling a property. It is about  understanding each client's goals, earning their trust, and helping turn an important life  decision into a rewarding experience. Claudia's philosophy is simple: listen carefully,  communicate openly, work diligently, and always put the client's best interests first. Her goal is  to make every client feel informed, valued, and confident throughout the process—and to be  there with a smile when the door opens to the next chapter.

“My clients' needs and concerns are always my top priority. I understand that buying or selling a  property is one of the most important financial decisions they may make. My commitment is to  remain accessible, listen carefully, and work with their best interests in mind every step of the  way. Helping people turn their real estate dreams into reality is what makes this profession so  rewarding.”
